This product uses servo feeding system, the older model cylinder feeding method, with a smooth feed, low noise, high precision, fast, easy to adjust,etc..
Do not need to adjust the length of screw and other hard objects, just enter the expected length of the screen on it.
Equipment with automatic head and tail materials sorting device.
Install fully automatic rack, simply put the entire bundle of materials placed on the rack can be fully automatic feeding.
Hydraulic Fittings are imported with original packaging from Taiwan. Low fault rate.
Sophisticated feeding and cutting mechanism, high cutting precision, the length error range is ±0.1mm.
Steady transmission, low noise. The steady movement of machines ensures that the cutting die suffers less impact force, and its working life is 3-4 times as long as the traditional cutting machine.
The machine can work on the usual plain ground instead of only on concrete foundations.
It works perfectly on cutting the plain carbon steels as well as alloy steels.
