Machine Operation Steps of JDA series automatic shearing machine

Preparation before startup

1. Turn on the power supply, observe whether the power indicator is on, and check whether the circuit is normal.

2. Check whether the lubricating oil is sufficient. If it is insufficient, supplement it. Please use 46# or 68# guide rail lubricate oil, and then active the lubricating parts.

3. Check the liquid level of hydraulic oil. If it is insufficient, supplement it. Please use 46# or 68# wear-resistant hydraulic oil.

4. Switch the operation page to the manual operation and check the following actions:

① Check the action of clamping mechanism, confirm that it works normally.

② Check the action of pressing mechanism, confirm that it works normally.

③ Check the action of location mechanism is normal, and make sure that the positioning piston is in the return state.

④ Check the action of feeding trolley operate normally.

⑤ Check the action of loading and feeding on the bar feeding rack operate normally.

⑥ Check the action of stocking rack can operate normally.

5. If don’t need to change the size of bar, please check whether the blades are sharp enough, if not, need to be grinded or trimmed.

6. Lift the bars into the material rack discharging platform, and then roll the bars into the upper slope area of the load rack as single layer arrangement without overlapping.

7. Ready to start.

 

Normal startup

1. Turn the oil pump switch on the panel to start the main oil pump to provide power for the working system, otherwise it will not work.

2. Start the air-cooled radiator according to the ambient temperature.

3. Select the production mode knob to the “Auto" gear.

4. If the size of bar does not need by changed, please observe a bar on the roller of the feeding rack or not. If there is, press the “Feeder Start" key, the feeding roller will run and send the bar into the blade edge. After the trolley returns to the origin, press the “Start“ key, and the equipment will automatically cut according to the setting size. If there is no bar on the roller, press the “Loader Start" key to lift one bar into the roller, then press the “Feeder Start" key, activate the feeding action and send the bar into the blade edge. After the trolley returns to the origin, press the “Auto Start“ key to run the equipment automatically.

5. According to production beat, adjust the “Running time for blank to stack rack" and “Waiting time for turn blank to stock bin" on the Auxiliary time parameters page to make the rhythm of the front stock rack consistent with the cutting rhythm.

6. Pause operation (press the Auto start key as production) and Reset operation can be carried out in anytime if necessary.

7. In case of any abnormality during the processing, press the “Emergency stop“ key ,and remove the fault according to the on-screen prompt. After the fault is removed, start the Reset key, after the reset is completed, press Auto Start key continue to work.

8. After reaching the set production quantity or cutting the materials on the material rack, the equipment will stop automatically.

 

Debugging the machine and change different material

1.Activate the Oil Pump switch to start the main oil pump motor to provide power.

2. Start the Cooling key for air cooled radiator according to the ambient temperature.

3. Change the bar to different size, laid the bars without overlapping in the slope area. press the “Loader Start" key to lift one bar into the roller, then press the “Feeder Start" key, activate the feeding action and send the bar into the blade edge. If the trolley doesn’t return to the origin, press the Reset key.

4. Select the “Semi-auto" gear and switch to the manual operation page. According to the diameter of bar, adjust the center line on the clamps of the feeding trolley at horizontal and vertical direction.

5. Select the knob to “Inching" gear and switch to the manual operation page. Currently, the Inching button at the front end of the machine is available. According to different bar, change the blade, and adjust the appropriate blade clearance according to the hardness of the bar. If necessary, replace the compression block and press head of auxiliary cylinder.

6. Adjust the position of location cylinder according to the length of head scrap and check the action of this cylinder.

7. If the diameter of the bar changes markedly (more than 10-20mm), please adjust the height of the feeding roller and the stacking roller according to actual production.

8. Adjust the production setting and tail treatment stetting according to the blanking length.

9. In the manual operation page, test each action of the host machine to meet the setting, adjust and inspect the cutting quality to meets your requirements.

10. Click the Analog Action button to confirm that each action of the host machine as expectation, without alarm and error action.

11. Complete debugging and enter automatic production mode.

 

Shutdown or Stop of the machine

1. After the equipment completes production in automatic mode, it will stop automatically, and the status is "planned arrival".

2. During the production of the equipment, press the Emergency stop button to stop the equipment immediately. The screen displays the state of “Stop". The equipment is in the stop state. After pressing this button, all actions will be suspended immediately. It is necessary to turn the button to release the "emergency stop" state before operation.

3. When machine working, press the Start key, the machine will stop working after finishing the current cutting operation, the screen will display “Device pause", press the Start key again, the machine will continue to work.

4. When you need to shut down the machine, press the Start key to suspend the equipment, then long press the Reset key to reset all actions, then close the oil pump (turn to OFF gear), close the Cooling radiator, and finally pull down the power gate in the electric control box.
