Delivery Guarantee
a. After order contract signed, we guarantee the submission of documents and drawings according to the project design and construction progress. Our professional technical personnel will contact the customer to discuss and solve the technical problems within the contract scope. The process of purchasing raw materials of our company to the production workshop is carried out according to the requirements of quality management, and it is fully capable of meeting the requirements of customers' quality and delivery time.
b.We will finish production in strict accordance with the contract requirements, and the customer or the third party inspection qualified, and after receiving the contract payment, according to the requirements of the contract delivery time, delivery on time and provide training for installation and other services.
c.If we cannot deliver the goods on time ( non-force majeure factor or other agreement with the customer in the delivery date), we will pay the customer late delivery penalty in accordance with the contract. The liquidated damages shall be calculated at the rate of three over ten thousand per day for the overdue portion, and the customer may deduct the quality margin unless otherwise specified.
d. If the production time and delivery time are affected by force majeure, we will negotiate with the customer.
