The structure of the automatic forging die is different from that of the manual operation forging die. Automatic forging requires that the product must be easily clamped after forging, it means the product can not be stuck in the die cavity, and it can't move after the die opening. So we need consider the material and die structure (including upsetting die, pre-forging and final forging die, punching die, trimming die, sizing die etc.), ejection mechanism, material removal mechanism, feeding mechanism and similar factors that affect the whole production as we start the design of forging die for automatic production line.
