Safety precautions for troubleshooting

ü  Safety first, operators and maintenance personnel shall be familiar with this manual and operate in strict accordance with safety specifications.

ü  When the equipment stops running due to failure, press the reset key for a long time, wait for the completion of equipment reset actions, and ensure that the equipment is in shutdown state before troubleshooting.

ü  When debugging the equipment or replacing and adjusting the blades, press the emergency stop key and make sure that the equipment is in the stop state before operation.

ü  When disassembling the solenoid valve and repairing the oil circuit, the oil pump must be turned off, and the pressure relief knob switch must be turned on to make the pressure of the system pressure gauge zero before maintenance.

 

Sensor failure

When the machine stops automatically with alarm in the production, check the alarm items, switch the operation interface to manual operation, and test the abnormal action manually. If the manual action run normal, but the action stops when the machine run under automatic mode, it is a sensor fault mostly. The operation can be carried out as following steps to eliminate the fault.

ü  Under automatic mode, after the feeding trolley finish the feed action, the next action cannot be carried out. The feeding trolley is stuck and unable to deliver the bar to the set position now. At this time, the screen alarm is displayed as "servo fault". Please press and hold the Reset button for one second, and the trolley will automatically return to the original point and the fault be removed.

ü  Check whether the compression cylinder is stuck. And then if the press block works abnormally, please check below items: the lubricating state on pressing, the return spring of the pressing block, the iron chips or oxide scale stuck in the fitting part of the pressing block which need be cleared. Remove the abnormal items to make the compression cylinder work normally.

ü  If the blade plate can not activate the next action after cutting action finished during the automatic running, and the "servo fault" alarm will also be displayed on the screen. Please check and adjust the proximity switches of blade, move the proximity switches of blade-return and proximity switches of blade-forward reference to make it work normally.

ü  Other sensor faults can also be eliminated according to the prompt of screen alarm.

 

Solenoid valve and hydraulic system failure

In the manual operation mode, the cylinder fails to operate. Since the oil cylinder's forward and backward movements are all controlled by solenoid valve, please check the action on the corresponding solenoid valve coil. If the coil is tight, use a screwdriver to push (or gently tap) the valve cores at both ends of the solenoid valve until the spring elastic feel of the valve core is restored, and then the corresponding cylinder can be operated accordingly. If the solenoid valve has been repaired for times and the fault occurs repeatedly, please replace the solenoid valve.

After repair or replace the solenoid valve, manual operation still can't control the cylinder forward and backward action, it is necessary to remove the valve body and clean the valve core and valve hole.

 

Notice:

When disassembling the solenoid valve, the oil pump must be turned off and the pressure relief knob switch must be turned on to make the pressure of the system pressure gauge zero before disassembling.

When disassembling the solenoid valve, pay attention to the position and direction of the gasket in the valve core. For the two-position valve, pay attention to the direction of the valve core. When reassembling, install it in the original direction. Maintenance personnel shall have corresponding qualifications and shall not operate without revelated certification.
