Brief introduction of JDA series full-automatic hydraulic machine

Our full-automatic hydraulic shearing (cutting) machine factory has many years of production experience in automatic special machine tools and hydraulic machine tools. It provides hundreds of automatic shearing equipment for fasteners and bearings industry. It greatly saves human costs for customers, improves production efficiency, and improves product quality. The machine tool adopts servo feed system, which has the advantages of stable feed, low noise, high precision, faster speed, and convenient adjustment. It can realize the following functions:

• There is no need to manually adjust the cutting length, just input the expected length on the screen under friendly operation interface.

• With automatic head and tail material sorting device, automatic head and tail material processing can be realized.

• Fully automatic feeding rack was equipped, only need to unload the whole bundle of bars, and put them on the rack can be fully automatic feeding.

• Hydraulic fittings are imported from Taiwan to ensure low failure rate.

• The feed cutting mechanism is precise and the cutting accuracy is high. The cutting length error range of single feeding can reach (+0.1mm).

• Smooth transmission, low noise. The smooth movement of the machine tool ensures that the tool (die) is subjected to less impact, and the service life of the cutter is 3-4 times as long as that of the traditional machine tool.

• Could be installed on ordinary concrete foundation, which is simple and convenient.

• It can accomplish high efficiency shearing of common carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel with smaller specifications.
