Product Description
Automatic red punching machine, also called automatic warm heading machine, automatic heating by a solid induction heater for the rod, use the machine's upsetting pressure, automatic feeding, automatic cutting, automatic heading/punching, automatic forming on same time by the upsetting press of machine. The product can be formed in the multi-station die on same time, be formed by upsetting to different irregular shapes as spherical, hexagon, cylinder, valve body and other profiles. After adopting our equipment, the requirements for the material can be reduced and the cost can be down. By forming by multi station, our equipment can reduce the pressure, forging the deep hole and multi holes parts, also forming of complex shape parts, through the continuous production, the efficiency is greatly enhanced. This equipment has the same production efficiency as cold upsetting machine, and can provide good performance of hot forging products. It is the upgrade and replacement of hot red upsetting process on punch press.

Note: All models adopt two-stage transmission gear mechanism, which can reduce power consumption and enhance power. Variable speed motor, the speed can be adjusted freely.
