1. The crankshaft is connected with the main frame and impact connecting rod by high wear-resistant alloy copper bush, which has the advantages of high bearing capacity, long service life and low maintenance cost.
2. The main frame is made of alloy ductile iron 500, with high tensile strength and good wear resistance.
3. The two stage gear transmission system has high transmission efficiency and large transmission torque.
4. Cutting system adopts guide plate to drive cutter bar, guide plate reciprocating movement, cutting force linear transmission, force stability and good dynamic balance.
5. The clamping system can be 180 degrees turned or shifted, which is conducive to the forming process arrangement.
6. It can be selected with variable frequency speed regulating device, which can speed regulation in a certain range.
7. Fault detector and safety protection device are optional. The machine stops automatically when the equipment breaks down, and tools and dies are given maximum protection.
8. The feeding box is equipped with a prevent back-off device to improve feeding accuracy.
9. The equipment is simple to install, and only needs to be fixed on the concrete floor of the general workshop.
