ZQ-D53K series CNC axial ring machine specialized in processing high quality seamless ring, mainly used for rolling bearing inside and outside, gear ring, pipe flange, the wheel hub, rotary support, rotating wheels of big lift transport, large containers stiffening ring, body of aircraft engine and etc. They are suitable for producing rings for the following applications: Flanges, Bearings, Gears, Wheels, Sleeves, Rings in the automobile, aerospace, oil & gas industry etc.
This equipment can roll the materials as carbon steel, stainless steel, titanium alloy, aluminum alloy and high temperature alloy.
The upper machine adopts industrial control computer, lower machine uses Siemens PLC (programmable logic controller) according to the needs of the mainframe, and has a variety of intelligent module, with the current most stable quick bus communication in industry, A/D module, D/A module, COUNTER module and all kids of I/O module, etc. Upper machine management software adopts more advanced Windows interface, operating more simple, mouse and keyboard is convenient, easy to use, friendly interface.
