Forging is a traditional steel ball production process. Forging ball with high quality steel, excellent surface quality, greater impact toughness, with corrosion resistance and so on. We developed the fully automated induction heating furnace for forging steel ball production line. From the loading, feeding, heating to the material shearing, multi-axis robot crawl into the forging machine, and the tempering heat treatment, SSET can provide whole solution to our customer. The entire production line is fully automated control on temperature within ± 10 ℃.
